Formal Complaints
If you wish to submit a formal complaint, please complete the VIHJA Complaint Form or contact the Board directly by email.
Formal complaints are reviewed by the Board in accordance with VIHJA policies and procedures. The Board meets monthly, and complaints will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting where appropriate. If follow-up or a decision is required, communication will be provided following Board review.
For urgent matters affecting safety, welfare, or conduct at an event, please contact a Board member or show official directly.Please fill out this Suggestions & Comments Box anytime! All responses are entirely anonymous. Please do not make formal complaints using this survey, as we will not be able to contact you to address the issue.
