VIHJA Benefit Show – Saanich Fairgrounds
Staying overnight at the VIHJA Benefit Show?
RV sites, tent camping, and trailers with living quarters must be registered in advance and assigned a location number before unhooking. All overnight stays are counted by the Saanich Fairboard and must follow the site policies below.
🚐 RV & Camping Rates:

| Power-Serviced RV Site (no water) | $150 |
| RV or Trailer without Power | $125 |
| Tent Camping (counted as no power) | $125 |
💧 No water hookups available. Use of Saanich Fairgrounds water will result in double charges from the Fairboard.
🛁 All site users have access to the on-site washrooms and showers.
🚫 No unregistered overnight stays — this includes goosenecks, back-of-truck camping, or tent sleeping.
📆 Arrival & Early Access:
If you plan to arrive before the show opens, you must receive permission in advance from the Saanich Fairboard. Contact Judy to coordinate early access.
Do not arrive early without written confirmation.

Fill out the reservation form below. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions. Spots are not confirmed until payment is received.
If you do not have a Benefit Show entry, that’s okay — just let us know in the form and we’ll help coordinate your stay.
